After a busy day we love a good Paloma! It’s so easy to make and sooooo refreshing. Perfect way to enjoy an afternoon on the patio. Simply pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub half of rim of a highball, rocks, or a pretty glass with a grapefruit or lime wedge; dip rim of glass in salt. Combine 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 teaspoon simple syrup in glass; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in 1/4 cup mezcal or tequila, add ice, and top off with 1/4 cup of topo Chico. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge. Cheers!
